Steps:
1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add herbs and garlic; sauté for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
2. Cook Gemelli according to package directions, except reduce cook time to 10 minutes. Drain pasta, reserving ¼ cup cooking water. Return pasta to pot.
3. Add hot pasta and reserved cooking water to the herb mixture; toss. Cook until water evaporates slightly, stirring occasionally.
4. Add cheese, butter and pepper; mix well. Transfer to serving platter; serve immediately.
