Steps:
1. Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium high heat. Add onions and sauté for 5 minutes over low heat.
2. Add peas and broth; simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Add the tomatoes and cook until they are warmed through and the skins are slightly blistered.
4. Meanwhile, cook Piccolini Mini Fusilli according to package directions. Drain and toss with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Finish with the Mozzarella cheese before serving.
