Ingredients

  • 1 box BARILLA Piccolini Mini Ziti
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 4 leaves fresh basil, chopped
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • salt (to taste)
  • freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

Cooking Instructions

Steps:

1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.

2. Sauté garlic with oil in a medium skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes.

3. Add tomatoes; season with salt and pepper. Sauté tomatoes for 5 minutes or until heated through. Remove garlic clove.

4. Meanwhile, cook BARILLA Piccolini Mini Ziti according to the package directions. Drain Mini Ziti and toss with the sauce.

5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and basil before serving.
