Steps:
1. Remove the asparagus tips and cut the remaining part into ¼ inch long pieces. Slice scallions into small rings.
2. Sauté the scallions, zucchini and asparagus in oil in a medium skillet over medium heat for about 8 minutes.
3. Add tomatoes and sauté for 2 more minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Cook Tortellini according to package directions. Drain Tortellini and add to the vegetable sauce. Sprinkle with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and serve.
