Steps:
1. Bring a large salted pot of water to a boil.
2. Cook pancetta in a large skillet until crispy. Drain and set aside.
3. Sauté the onions with olive oil in a large skillet until lightly browned and translucent.
4. Add the tomatoes and cook over medium-low heat for 5 minutes. Stir in the oregano.
5. Cook the Whole Grain Linguine according to the package directions and drain well.
6. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Add the cheese and pancetta to the sauce mixture and toss with pasta.
