Ingredients

  • 1 box BARILLA Whole Grain Thin Spaghetti
  • 2 cans (6 ounces each) tuna in olive oil, drained
  • 1 cup corn
  • ½ cup frozen peas
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • salt (to taste)
  • freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

Cooking Instructions

Steps:

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

2. Sauté garlic in olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until slightly yellow, about 3 minutes.

3. Add frozen peas to skillet and sauté for 1 minute.

4. Add corn and tuna; sauté an additional 3 minutes; season with salt and pepper.

5. Cook Whole Grain Thin Spaghetti according to package directions. Drain pasta and combine with the sauce mixture.

6. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese before serving.
