Ingredients

  • 1/3 c Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/3 c Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 c Basil ( Fresh Chopped)
  • 1 T Garlic (Minced)
  • 1 T Terragon (Minced)
  • 2-4 t Red Chile Paste w Garlic
  • 1/2 c Olive Oil

Cooking Instructions

Combine balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar, basil, garlic, terragon, and chile paste to taste in a blender or food processor. With motor running, slowly add oil. If made ahead, cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
