07/07/08 06:54 PM | Where are the pork chops? And where is the proof-reader?I'm wondering who exactly proof-reads these things. The title is "BBQ Pork Chops [...]" but I see no pork chops in the ingredient list. There is an entry that says "7 oz. each," which I can only assume applies to the missing pork chops. Since this recipe serves 4, I guess I am also supposed to assume that there are supposed to be 4 (7-ounce) pork chops, right?
Please please please, AOL living people, have someone with a brain check over the recipes before you post them. I'm a pretty intelligent and intuitive person, but your average garden-variety idiot might read this recipe and not have a clue. |

Here's an easy, reliable way to ensure a moist and flavorful turkey...simply baste the turkey with chicken stock during roasting. When the turkey is done, use a bit more stock to make a quick and tasty gravy.
