Where are the pork chops? And where is the proof-reader?

I'm wondering who exactly proof-reads these things. The title is "BBQ Pork Chops [...]" but I see no pork chops in the ingredient list. There is an entry that says "7 oz. each," which I can only assume applies to the missing pork chops. Since this recipe serves 4, I guess I am also supposed to assume that there are supposed to be 4 (7-ounce) pork chops, right? Please please please, AOL living people, have someone with a brain check over the recipes before you post them. I'm a pretty intelligent and intuitive person, but your average garden-variety idiot might read this recipe and not have a clue.
