grab some tin foil and make like a full bowl and cover so you can put the lemon juice butter and seasonings. put the filet in the tin skin down then put the 4 cubes of butter evenly spaced accross the filet then pour lemon juice and dash your spices cook on the BBQ on low heat watch for that perfect pink color and your done. now if there are any questions call 801-602-9456 and ask for Sam
