Abbreviations unclear

This could possibly be a good recipe. I would slow roast my pork in the oven overnight tightly wrapped (all ingredients poured on the meat) in aluminum foil and placed in a baking dish. I think "TAL" was intended to mean tablespoon. I could be wrong.

This recipe is very unclear. ....What does tal mean? This recipe needs redone badly for any one to under stand!
