  • 1 can kidney beans drained
  • 1 med onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

Cooking Instructions

mix all ingreidients.......salt an pepper to taste...... chill for one hour

this is something my dad has made forever....i love vinegar so much that when i was a little kid, i would get yelled at for drinking it ouyt of the bottle haha

Bean Salad

Sounds too oily..try adding chopped pickle relish (dill or sweet), mayo with a little mustard, celery seed, and boiled eggs(optional) and you have a fulling salad to die for. Have made this for about 40 years and am always asked for receipe.
