beef stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 3 TBS butter/margarine
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic
  • 1 small yellow or white onion
  • 1-2 tsp worchestershire sauce
  • 1 london broil, or round steak
  • 3 cans golden mushroom soup
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 3-4 cups noodles

Cooking Instructions

melt butter/margarine in pan with the garlic, onion, and worchestershire sauce. while this is melting, slice beef thin and on the diagonal. Add to pan and cook until completely done.

Add cans of golden mushroom soup and heat.just to a boil reduce heat and let simmer on low. Bring a pan of lightly salted water to boil and add egg noodles. cook until done and drain

add sour cream to beef mixture, and stir. add cooked noodles, and mix.
