Low Cal Taco Skillet

I substituted ground turkey or chicken. Also sub low fat or fat free cheese and tortillas. Also, corn tortillas have less fat than flour. Either way, the end result is delicious.

Family Favorite

This recipe was very good. My little sister, who is a very picky eater, went back for seconds. One quick tip: the next time I cook this I will add 1 can of diced tomatoes, otherwise it was great.
