  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp Tabasco

Cooking Instructions

Beer has long been used as a leavening agent and as an additive to batters for frying and even for crepes and pancakes.

Sift the flour and salt into the beer and stir until the batter is light and frothy. Add the Tabasco and let stand several hours. Be sure to stir again before using.
