Beijing Chicken

Ingredients

  • 16 oz skinned and boned chicken breasts, cut crosswise in narrow strips (2 cups)
  • 1/3 cup bottled hoisin sauce
  • 3 cups shredded romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup chopped radishes
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced scallions

Cooking Instructions

Mix chicken strips with 2 tablespoons of the hoisin sauce. Spread remaining sauce on partially baked crust. Spread chicken strips on top.

Bake 10 minutes or until crust is browned and chicken is opaque (check undersides of a few pieces to make sure).

Top with lettuce, radishes and scallions.
