Cook the eggs for 30 minutes, being careful not to crack. Cool fully in a pot of cold water and peel. Slice eggs in half, remove yolks and reserve whites. Mix the yolks and All ingredients except for the parsely. You may need to add more milk or cream. Adjust seasonings and Stuff egg whites. Chill. Just before serving grate the parsely in a cheese grater and sprinkle on top of eggs.
My daughter LOVES deviled eggs. This recipe takes the best of my mother's and grandmother's traditional recipe and adds a little heat!
