Best-Ever Meat Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup (Regular or 25% Less Sodium)
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pouch dry Campbell's® Dry Onion Soup and Recipe Mix
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 egg , beaten
  • 1/4 cup water

Cooking Instructions

Mix thoroughly 1/2 cup tomato soup, beef, onion soup mix, bread crumbs and egg. Shape firmly into 8 x 4" loaf in baking pan.

Bake at 350°F. for 1 1/4 hr. or until done.

Mix 2 tbsp. drippings, remaining tomato soup and water in saucepan. Heat through. Serve with meat loaf.

This is an easy and excellent meat loaf recipe. I love it!

This was great, but the best meatloaf I have ever had was

from this cookbook called "Get in the Kitchen, BIT@HES!" (bitchcooks.com) they had a spicy meatloaf called "Spicy Young Thang Meatloaf" which was made with a "buffalo style" sauce and blue cheese dressing, and there was this chicken curry meatloaf that was awesome!
