Ingredients

  • 9 average potatoes
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1/2 cup oinions (to ur taste)
  • 2 cups mao
  • 1/2 cup milk (creamy texture to ur choise
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper (reg)
  • 1/4 cup pickle relish (sweet)
  • eggs
  • sprinkle paprika

Cooking Instructions

Cook potatoes till soft salt em good maybe 3 tsp then peal off skins. Hard boil the 10 eggs. After you peal the potatoes cut them into small pieces (I put the potatoes in fridge first for about 15 min to harden just a little) Cut eggs in half and separate the yokes and put aside. Then cut up egg whites into small pieces set aside. In a large mixing bowl add the mao and milk stir until blended. Crush up the egg yokes and add to the mao. Then add the relish to the mao. Add the cut up egg whites to the mao Stiring each time. Now in a large bowl add one half of the cut potatoes and season with the salt and pepper then add the othe half of potatoes. Stir up the potatoes. Add the malo to the potatoes. Sprinkle the paprika over the potatoes. ta da

I got this resipe from my mother who got this from the newspaper. Every time I bring this to a party, I am always asked for the recepe. The oinions and salt/pepper is to taste, I do 1/4 cup of onions cause they "do" me a little. Sometimes I c
