Boil tortellini until fully cooked
Fry Sweet italian sausage until fully cooked
Boil cream in a pan until its reduced by 1/3rd
remove cream and add butter 2 teaspoons at a time(cream should thicken and turn glossy) Add cheese pepper and parsley
Mix Tortellini, sausage, and sauce...
Best when served with garlic bread..
Love this one we eat it at least twice a month
