Heat oil in large pot on top of stove. Dip pork in flour and brown lightly. Remove pork and add onion to pot and brown for about 2 min. (You may have to add some oil) Stir in 3 to 4 tablespoons of flour to brown (as you would to make gravy) and add a can of the chicken broth for the liquid. Return the pork to the pot along with all remaining ingredients and simmer on low for 1 hour. Add thickening to your preference.
