Add enough water to cherry and pineapple juice to make 2 cups. Bring juice to boil. Add to Jell-O. Cool.
Cream mayonnaise and cheese. Add nuts pineapple and cherries. Add to Jell-O.
Pour into molds. Chill.

11/07/07 11:21 PM | Concealed Salad :)My grandfather always called it a concealed salad, I add finely chopped celery for a bit of crunch. Also mix a bit more of the mayo and cream cheese little squeeze of lemon for a topping. Can substitute chopped apples for cherries... Kids love this salad |
