Ingredients

  • 1 (9 oz) pkg. Chocolate Cake mix
  • 1 Pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1/4 c. rum or brandy
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 1 med. pkg. Cool Whip

Cooking Instructions

Prepare chocolate cake mix as directed. Cool. Cut into cubes.

Prepare pudding as directed.

Arrange, in glass bowl, in 2 layers:

1/2 chocolate cake cubes

1 oz. rum or brandy

1/2 chocolate pudding

1/2 can pie filling

1/2 pkg. Cool Whip

(Repeat for 2nd layer)

Chill at least 3 hrs.
