Ingredients

  • 1 bottle (750 ml) white Zinfandel wine (see Tip)
  • 2 cups white grape juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 21/2 cups cold seltzer water
  • Garnish: fresh raspberries and/ or strawberry halves

Cooking Instructions

Mix wine, grape and lime juice in a large pitcher. Refrigerate at least 3 hours.

Shortly before serving: Add seltzer. Serve in wine glasses; garnish with berries.

Planning Tip: Prepare through Step 1 up to 1 day ahead and refrigerate. Add seltzer and ber­ries just before serving.
