  • 2 tbsp Oriental sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Leaves from 2 heads bok choy (about 7 ounces), cut into 1/4-inch chiffonade (about 7 cups)
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp granulated sugar

Cooking Instructions

1 Combine oil and seeds in a 14"x 11"x 2" dish. Cover tightly with microwave plastic wrap. Cook at 100% for 3 minutes.

2 Remove from oven. Uncover and add bok choy. Stir well. Cover tightly with microwave plastic wrap. Cook at 100% for 4 minutes.

3 Remove from oven. Uncover and stir in remaining ingredients. Re-cover and cook for 2 minutes more.

4 Remove from oven. Uncover and serve.
