In a large skillet thoroughly cook and crumble sausage. I used maple flavored sausage but any bulk sausage will work.
Put croutons in well buttered 9"X14" rectangular casserole dish. Here I used Mrs. Cubbison's seasoned restaurant style croutons.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over croutons. Try a variety of cheeses or an mixture of multiple types for different flavors.
In a large bowl mix together eggs milk mustard onion powder and pepper.
Pour mixture over cheese and croutons
Cover and chill in refrigerator over night
Place in preheated 325 degree oven uncovered and bake for one hour. Serve hot.

Here's an easy, reliable way to ensure a moist and flavorful turkey...simply baste the turkey with chicken stock during roasting. When the turkey is done, use a bit more stock to make a quick and tasty gravy.
