Clean and slice the cauliflower, broccoli, and onion.
Sprinkle garlic salt over the vegetables and toss lightly.
Refrigerate in a covered container overnight.
Drain broccoli mixture and mix in sliced mushrooms.
Mix together the salad dressing and milk and pour over the vegetables.
Toss and serve!
