broccoli and cheese bake

Ingredients

  • 1 large polly-o mozzarella
  • 1 box Frozen broccoli
  • 1/4 c parmesan cheese
  • to ta salt
  • pepper is optional

Cooking Instructions

Cook broccoli al dente in boiling water. when done, drain well

put broccoli on baking sheet and add salt, pepper, parmesan and top with mozzarella.

Bake in a 350 degree oven until cheese is slightly browned

Not very original.

Not very original. the cheese does not melt when putting on after already cooked if it was previously refrigerated.
