Broccoli & Rice Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 8 oz block Jalapeno cheese
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 2, 10 oz pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli

Cooking Instructions

Saute onion, green pepper and celery in butter until tender. Add soups and cheese and heat over very low heat until cheese is melted. Fold in broccoli and rice. Pour into baking dish and bake at 350* for 25-30 minutes.

Can be topped with parmesan cheese.
