Ingredients

  • 1/4 C. oil
  • 1/3 C. cider vinegar
  • 1/2 C. sugar
  • 1 bag broccoli slaw
  • 1 bunch green onions (chopped)
  • 1 pkg. chicken flavored ramen noodles (uncooked)
  • 1 C. cashews
  • 1 C. sunflower seeds

Cooking Instructions

To make dressing: Mix the oil, cider vinegar, and sugar together with the powder packet from the noodles.

Break-up noodles and toss with the broccoli and onion. Pour the dressing over this. Add the cashews and sunflower seeds about 1 hour before serving.
