Ingredients

  • 2 (16 ounce) packages broccoli coleslaw mix
  • 1 (16 ounce) bottle cole slaw dressing
  • 1 (8 ounce) package sweetened dried cranberries
  • 2 cups pistachio nuts
  • salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

In a medium bowl combine broccoli, dressing (use more or less to achieve desired creaminess), dried cranberries, pistachios, salt and pepper. Mix well, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
