CREAMY CAULIFLOWER - BROCCOLI SALAD 1 lg. bunch of broccoli 1 lg. head cauliflower 1 lg. red onion 1 pt. cherry tomatoes (reserve a few for garnish) DRESSING: 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. sour cream 1 tsp. garlic powder Salt & pepper Wash and break broccoli and cauliflower into bite size pieces. Slice onion into thin rings. Combine dressing ingredients. One hour before serving, toss salad ingredients with dressing. Garnish with reserved cherry tomatoes. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
