Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lb broccoli florets, fresh, trimmed and cut
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Cooking Spray, olive oil, 1/3 sec spray
  • 2 tbsp feta cheese, reduced fat, crumbles
  • 1 pinch black pepper (freshly ground)

Cooking Instructions

Steam broccoli, covered, for 4 minutes or until crisp-tender.

Place the broccoli in a bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Coat with cooking spray and toss with feta cheese and pepper to taste.

Serve immediately.
