Broiled Lamb Chops with Feta Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 tsp ground oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried mint leaves crumbled
  • 1/4 medium garlic cloves finely minced
  • 12 oz lean lamb loin chops boneless (4 3-oz chops)

Cooking Instructions

1. Spray rack in broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray and preheat broiler.

2. Combine feta cheese oregano mint and garlic in a small bowl and set aside.

3. Broil lamb on broiler rack and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.

4. Turn the lamb over and spread feta cheese mixture evenly over. Cook 6-8 minutes longer.

5. Let the lamb set for 5 minutes before serving.
