1. Chop the herbs finely.
2. Beat the garlic, herbs, cumin and butter together with a wooden spoon.
3. Stir in the bread crumbs and freshly ground black pepper.
4. Spoon a little of the mixture onto each mussel and broil for 2 minutes. Serve with chopped fresh parsley.
