To heat and glaze a fully cooked 5-pound lean boneless ham half, put it in a shallow baking pan.
Add 1 cup water and cover tightly with foil. Bake in a 325°F oven 11/2 hours. Spoon on a mixture of 1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Bake 30 minutes longer or until a meat thermometer inserted in center registers 140°F. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
