Ingredients

  • 2lbs. 2lbs Ground Round
  • 1 packet Lipton onion flavor soup mix
  • 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 5 tbs yellow mustard
  • 3 oz brown sugar
  • 4-5 oz worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup italian flavored bread crumbs

Cooking Instructions

Combine beef, onion soup packet, garlic, egg, bread crumbs, mix well. Move into a 13x13 pan. Or oval shape pyrex pan is what i .

Bake at 350 degress for 45 minutes.

TOPPING' mix ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, worcestershire sauce until blended. Smoothe on top of meatloaf, bake another 15 minutes.

cool for 10 minutes, cut into squares.

Recipe Notes

This is the tastiest meatloaf ive had. Be sure to ground round, as it does better with meatloaf. Also, you can adjust the amount of brown sugar/mustard in the topping, just by smell you can tell the strength of the topping.
