Ingredients

  • One big rounded crusty bread roll
  • Cherry (plumb) tomato 200/250g
  • Garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Whole black olives
  • Salt
  • Fresh basil

Cooking Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together tomato, basil and garlic finely chopped, salt and let marinate while you prepare the balance of ingredients. Preheat oven to 350c. Place bread slices on baking sheet and toast for 5 minutes both sides. Spread the mix over bread rounds and return to oven for another 3-5 minutes. Drizzle with a little oil before serving.
