Cooking Instructions

Prepare the pizza dough. Make sure that the pizza dough is at least room temperature, there shouldn't be any chill in the dough. Scatter corn mean or flour on the surface of the pizza pan and rub some on your hands or prevent the dough from sticking. Flatten out the pizza dough on the pizza pan. Season the dough with salt and alittle EVOO. Put the dough in the oven at 425 degrees until baked.

Cook the chicken cutlets, in a pan or on the grill, make sure they are thin cutlets. It shouldn't take long to cook as they are so thin. When done slice the chicken cutlets into thin slices, the right size for eating on pizza. Put aside.

Make Sauce. In a medium pan, melt butter at the bottom of the pan. Add the following: 1 T Hot sauce, 1 T Worshire Sauce and stire. Then add 1/2 Cup of tomato sauce (8 oz can) and stir all together making sure the chicken pieces are all covered. Set aside

Now let's make the pizza! Take the pizza crust that was baked and top it with the sauce and chicken cutlets, spread throughout the top of the pizza. Now add the following in this order to the pizza: Shredded Montery Jack cheese, Shredded Provolone cheese, and then top the pizza with onion scallions that are cut lengthwise and then in half, so it gives the pizza color.
