buffalo wings

Ingredients

  • 5 lbs fresh chicken wings
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
  • 1 lbs margerine
  • 15 oz bottle texas pete hot sauce

Cooking Instructions

mix flour salt pepper and garlic in large bowl

cut wings and wash well do not dry add right to flour mixture and mix to coat wings

let stand for 1 hour mixing ocasionally

melt marg. in pot and add bottle of hot sauce ( a good standard for sauce is mild 2 part marg to 1 part hot sauce med. 1 part marg to 1 part hot sauce hot 2 part hot sauce to 1 part marg )

deep fry wings in oil at 360 degrees for about 10 to 12 mins.

when wings are cooked add to a large bowl and add some sauce cover bowl and shake to coat wings well and serve
