Combine Flour & Sugar Beat eggs throroughly mix with flour and sugar
Melt&Cool butter add butter and Buttermilk mix well
Add Vanilla and Lemon Mix ingredients all together and pour into a 9in'pie crust.
Bake at 425' for 10 min. Then Reduce to 350' and bake for 35 min. more.

09/25/08 10:50 PM | Buttermilk PieThis was the first time I had made this pie and I think it was great.. I used Lemon juice as I didn't have the abstract and the flavor was good. This is a custard pie and I will leave it in the oven as extra 3-5 minutes next time as it was a little running in the middle. I will definately make it again but might add some coconut and pecans next time. |
