Brush Boboli crust with 1/4 cup salad dressing and top with 1 3/4 cup mozzarella and asiago cheeses and 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.
Bake pizza crust in preheated oven at 450 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and starts to bubble.
While pizza is cooking, toss lettuce with dressing and 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.
Remove pizza from oven and cut into wedges. Top with salad and garnish with croutons. Serve immediately.
