Caesar Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can (2 ounces) flat anchovy , drained
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 1 clove garlic , cut in half
  • 6 cups romaine lettuce , torn in bite-size pieces
  • 2 green onions , sliced (about 1/4 cup)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups Pepperidge Farm® Generous Cut Zesty Italian Croutons

Cooking Instructions

PLACE oil, mayonnaise, anchovies, vinegar, water and garlic in blender jar. Cover and blend until smooth.

TOSS romaine, onions, cheese, croutons and dressing mixture in a large bowl until evenly coated.
