
MIX flour, vegetable juice and Cajun seasoning.
HEAT half the oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove chicken.
HEAT remaining oil. Add pepper and onion and cook until tender-crisp.
ADD flour mixture. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Return chicken to skillet. Cover and cook 5 min. or until done. Serve with fettuccine.
