Mix Corn Meal Dredge Catfish filets in cornmeal mixture. Deep fry fish in 375 degree fryer oil until done or golden brown. Toast bun on hot grill. Place fish on bottom bun with melted cheese from salamander. Top with lettuce tomato and onion. Coat top bun with tartar sauce.
