cook sausage until done and drain well. Cook rice according to directions - chicken broth instead of water when you prepare the rice. set aside. In skillet, put a stick of real butter and saute' all your vegetables until tender. Combine with your sausage and rice in a large roasting pan. Stir well.
In large bowl, combine 2 cans of cream of chicken soup, 2 cups of milk and stir well. Add to meat/rice mixture. Add in all peppers and salt. Stir well. Pour in remaining cans of chicken broth. Add 2 boxes stove top stuffing (uncooked). Stir well. (you can add more pepper if you like it even spicier) Cover and bake @ 325 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
