Cook breakfast sausage until done. Drane well.
Chop fine: bell pepper, celery, green onions, yellow onions. Add to meat in large skillet and saute' until veggies are tender.
Cook 2 cups rice in 4 cups of chicken broth until rice is done.
In large roaster pan: Put your cooked meat mixture, then add the cooked rice and mix well.
Mix 2 cans of cream of chicken soup with 1 cup of milk until well blended. Add to meat/rice mixture
Add all the seasonings and stir well.
Add the box of stove top stuffing. Do not cook it.
stir mixture well. It should be about the consistency of a thick soup. the remaining chicken broth to get it to that consistency. Stir well.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove, stir well and return to oven. Bake for an additional 45 minutes until done.
I have taken this to several family reunions and there are never any leftovers. It is worth the work.
