
1. Stir soup, milk, soy sauce, pepper, beans and 1 1/3 cups onions in 3-qt. casserole.
2. Bake at 350°F. for 25 min. or until hot. Stir.
3. Top with remaining onions. Bake for 5 min. more.
TIP: For a festive touch, stir in 1/2 cup chopped red pepper with soup.
Green Bean Casserole Cheese lovers: Omit soy sauce. Stir in 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese with soup. Sprinkle additional cheese as desired when topping with onions.

It was "okay".I was so excited to make this, as I had never had it before and have always wanted to try it. My father hated it. My mom loved it. I thought it was "so so". My dogs went nuts over it, though, if that means anything! |

it's not just for christmas anymore..my brother's church had a holiday potluck. he suggested green bean casserole, and i had to make enough to feed the whole congregation. the problem is ,only 1/3 of it came back. why? because he knows i liked it, and wanted to save me some too. |

Say what you want, this is the bomb of a sideAs a caterer there is NOTHING that sells better, has more profit attached, and easier to prepare for a traditional holiday meal. whether it's for 6 or 600, the plate ALWAYS comes back clean of bean. |
