
CUT 4 thin slices of lemon. Squeeze 2 tsp. juice from remaining lemon.
HEAT oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.
ADD soup, milk, lemon juice and pepper. Top chicken with lemon slices. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Serve with rice.

Delicious and Very EasyGreat recipe and so easy to make. I served it along side of steamed broccoli and the rice, but majority of my guests preferred the chicken and gravy served over the rice. This is a recipe to share with others and a nice one to keep for yourself. |

great recipe!I've been making this dish for years , we added steamed fresh broccoli to the soup mixture and cooked it together for a bit (till broccoli softened) before adding the lemon slices. Everyone loved it including the kids. |

Delicious!!Very simple and easy to make!! Tasted great. We substituted cream of chicken soup, we were out of broccoli soup... but we served it with steamed broccoli!! Tasted awesome :)
