Ingredients

1 lemon
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup or 1 can Campbell's® Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Broccoli Soup
1/2 cup milk
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
4 cups hot cooked regular long-grain white rice

Cooking Instructions

CUT 4 thin slices of lemon. Squeeze 2 tsp. juice from remaining lemon.

HEAT oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.

ADD soup, milk, lemon juice and pepper. Top chicken with lemon slices. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Serve with rice.

I served it along side of steamed broccoli and the rice, but majority of my guests preferred the chicken and gravy served over the rice. This is a recipe to share with others and a nice one to keep for yourself.
★ ★ ★ ★ ★	KellyKat30 04/06/08 02:37 PM	great recipe! I've been making this dish for years , we added steamed fresh broccoli to the soup mixture and cooked it together for a bit (till broccoli softened) before adding the lemon slices. Everyone loved it including the kids.
