Chicken, Baked

In 9x 3 pan, place chicken pieces, dark or light meat salt/pepper the meat pieces Add cup rice, white, brown, wild - you choose over the meat pieces. Pour can soup, any "cream of" soup will do spread over meat pieces. Pour can water over all. Cover pan with foil. Bake hour at 350 degree oven. And enjoy! Excellent served with steamed brocolli. Family favorite, for years.

Delicious and Very Easy

Great recipe and so easy to make. I served it along side of steamed broccoli and the rice, but majority of my guests preferred the chicken and gravy served over the rice. This is a recipe to share with others and a nice one to keep for yourself.

great recipe!

I've been making this dish for years , we added steamed fresh broccoli to the soup mixture and cooked it together for a bit (till broccoli softened) before adding the lemon slices. Everyone loved it including the kids.
