Campbell's Swiss Vegetable Casserole

Excellant! Was so good that I shared it with neighbors & they loved it too. Very easy, & I even "baked" it in the microwave---Cover & cook 3 minutes at a time--stir--repeat until bubbling & veggies are done..Then add rest of cheese & onions--broil or bake until cheese is melted. Yummy!

Great Party Dish

I prepared this dish to take to a party. I made one slight modification. I used fresh minced onion in the casserole and topped it with french fried onions in the end. I used a combo of Italian cheeses. The casserole vanished within 10 minutes of my arrival.

Sooooo good!!

I had this for the first time christmas 07 and it was FANTASTIC! I've made it several times since already! You can also add chunks of cooked ham or chicken to make it a meal by itself!

Here's an easy, reliable way to ensure a moist and flavorful turkey...simply baste the turkey with chicken stock during roasting. When the turkey is done, use a bit more stock to make a quick and tasty gravy.
