
Stir soup, sour cream, black pepper, vegetables, 2/3 cup onions and 1/4 cup cheese in 2-qt. casserole. Cover.
Bake at 350°F. for 40 min. or until vegetables are tender. Stir.
Top with remaining onions and cheese. Bake for 5 min. more.
For Cheddar cheese lovers: Use 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese instead of Swiss cheese

Sooooo good!!I had this for the first time christmas 07 and it was FANTASTIC! I've made it several times since already! You can also add chunks of cooked ham or chicken to make it a meal by itself! |
