Campbell's® Turkey & Broccoli Alfredo

Ingredients

  • 1/2 of a 16 ounce package linguine *
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen broccoli flowerets
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular, 98% Fat Free or 25% Less Sodium)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 2 cups cubed cooked turkey

Cooking Instructions

Cook the linguine according to the package directions. Add the broccoli for the last 4 minutes of the cooking time. Drain the linguine and broccoli well in a colander.

Stir the soup, milk, cheese and black pepper in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat.  Add the turkey and linguine mixture and cook until it's hot and bubbling. Serve with additional Parmesan cheese.

*Or substitute spaghetti for the linguine.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with a Caesar salad and sautéed broccoli rabe with garlic or broccoli flowerets. For dessert serve your favorite fresh fruit.
